The issue we are having is how loud it is. You have to adjust them each time you connect and even then, I don't think it affects the volume in your ear. In my chat this morning with Zoom customer support, they said a patch was released to help resolve these issues and to download the latest version.

Unfortunately, I already have the latest version. So any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. I've clicked on the link you sent and checked the privacy settings for the microphone. I have " allow apps to access your microphone " turned on and " allow desktop apps to access your microphone " on too which includes MS teams.

Under the sound settings I have the handsfree microphone option selected but there's no option to test my microphone see below. I've troubleshoot but it doesn't detect a problem. I couldn't get them to work and have gave up trying. I called MS and they even connected to my pc to try to get them to work.

MS say it's Apple's fault for not releasing the driver but Apple say its MS fault they're not compatible.
