On the right, click the hyperlinked number of participants. The participants list will be displayed. To see the email addresses of attendees, click Export to download a spreadsheet of the information. Access Attendance Reports through Zoom Online Portal Go to Zoom Portal at and sign in. In the menu on the left, select Reports. Click “Export” to download the attendance report. NOTE: You can check off “ Export with meeting data” if you want the report to also include Meeting details, such as: Meeting ID, Duration (Minutes), Participants (count), Topic, Start Time, End Time, User Email. Zoom offers usage reports 30 minutes after a session is concluded. The Usage report allows you to view a list of meetings, participants, and meeting minutes for meetings you have hosted. To retrieve your attendance list: Visit and sign in with your Brown account. Click Reports on the left pane and click Usage.
